Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Certain types of items (such as final sale products, perishable goods, or custom orders) may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be noted in the product description.
How to Start a Return
- To start a return, simply find and click the Return button in your order details page.
- Follow the instructions provided to complete your return request.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
